How to Align to a Fruitful Relationship In 3 Days

Nourish your relationship, restore balance, and enjoy life together.

Challenge Starts:
Sunday, February 15, 2026
8 PM EST/7 PM CST

Is your relationship producing the life you imagined together?

You're not alone.

Many committed couples reach a point where they’ve done “everything right”—built a life together, stayed faithful, pushed through challenges—yet something feels stalled.

You may still love each other.
You may still be standing together.
But the relationship isn’t producing the growth, joy, or connection you expected by now.

It’s confusing. Frustrating. And disappointing….

You’re about learn how every successful couple maintains playfulness, passion, and a purpose-driven connection while working, paying bills, having babies, going on girls’ night out, taking a guy’s trip, getting laid off, and trying to be a good son, daughter, or human.

Hi there,

This is Dr. Roz. I’m a couples therapist and have watched The Best Man and Love and Basketball hundreds of times because I love a good love story.  What I really, really love is a good love story in real life. So here I am on this journey of love with you.

Want my BEST advice for how you can get off this rollercoaster? If you’ve been feeling more like roommates, walking on eggshells just to keep the peace, or just want to make sure that your love has what it needs to stand the test of time and pressure—please keep reading.

You don't need to do more (or do nothing) so things don't fall apart.

You don’t have to withdraw or shutdown.

And you don’t have to over-explain to be heard.

What you need is to stop guessing and build for connection.

I know how hard it is to keep trying to force and fix—getting stuck because you think and feel different or sometimes your similarities bite back at each other.

Of course this creates conflict and communication issues.

So you want to fix your conflict and communication.

Can I say this with love?

If you don’t stop and evaluate why you’re not getting a real return on this relationship investment, you’ll keep spinning your wheels.

How you miscommunicate and fight with each other are only symptoms, not the root cause, of your problem.

You’ll keep sweeping things under the rug and letting the past run the show. Or trying to change each other until resentment builds and you no longer recognize yourselves.

If you’ve lost yourself or your joy trying to keep this relationship together, it’s not your fault.

Fixing problems is in every woman’s DNA.  And shutting down to protect your peace is in every man’s DNA.

It’s so tempting to accept that men are from Mars and women are from Venus. Because if we’re wired differently, then shouldn’t we accept these issues as problems outside our control?

But that same self-awareness and determination that drives you to seek solutions and growth in your professional life won’t let you throw in the towel, protect your heart, and retreat.

Deep down, you still want to figure this out. Because you want love too.

Now here’s the thing:

You can be equally successful in love.
You CAN change your story.

If men and women are from different planets, then happily married heterosexual couples are also from different planets.

Personality differences don’t ruin relationships, and having a lot in common does not keep you together.

Some couples avoid conflict, some argue a lot, and others talk things through.  No one style is best as long as the styles works for both people.

Research on actual couples reveals that relationship success and divorce is predictable. And couples who had the characteristics of those who later divorce can change after understanding their relationship and learning how to build strong, satisfying, and meaningful relationships while negotiating through differences, disagreements, and conflict.

Ready to start a new journey in love and change your ending to happily ever after? Let’s begin here.
